SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, troopers with the Vermont State Police, Westminster Barracks, responded to the Saxtons River Market in the town of Saxtons River, Windham Co, for a report of theft of cash. Through investigation it was determined that Korbyn Bacon (30) of Grafton, VT had entered the store and stolen cash from the register. Bacon was cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on September 29th at 0830 hours to answer to the above charge.
